Arrivals and departures
Your accommodation will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. The arrival/departure day is Saturday. Check out time is 10:00am on day of departure.

Reception
Reception is open between 9.15 am and 10am Sunday - Friday and 8am - 1pm on Saturdays.

Bed linen
Bed linen is included in the rental charge. All cottages have one duvet, one blanket and two pillows on each bed. Fresh bedding is placed on each bed occupied, (please note beds will not be made).

Electricity
£1 coin meters the electric use in our cottages, the meters set to the current rate of electricity.

Internet access
There is WiFi access in the games room. The wifi is for checking emails and surfing the net only and is available from 9am-9pm. 
(NB: our current download speed is approximately 1MB)

Laundry
The laundry room is situated on site housing washers and dryers, and is open between 9am and 9pm. The two washers and three dryers are coin operated. Current prices are £2 for a wash and 20p for a limited period of drying time.

Please note . . .
We are a family orientated site and don’t accept bookings from mixed groups or large groups of young males or females.
All properties and enclosed spaces are strictly non-smoking.
