Ocean View is a delightful 4 bedroom dormer bungalow.  Situated close to the beach at Holywell Bay on the North Coast of Cornwall.  It's just a few minutes walk from the beach.  Ocean View is newly furnished to a very high standard with wide screen TV, Digital TV Box, DVD & VIDEO player.  There is solid pine furniture in most rooms.    A brand new conservatory has been built on the front of the house giving views towards the beach and out to sea. The lounge and 2 upstairs bedrooms have superb ocean views stretching over the dunes.  The garden is a generous size and fully enclosed.  There is a nice size patio area off the conservatory with patio furniture and barbeque.  There is parking at the rear for 2 cars.  There is a coal fire in the lounge which you are welcome to use (coal and lighting stick is not provided).  Electric heaters are provided for the summer months.  Bed linen for all beds occupied is included.  The Electricity is governed by a £1 coin meter.  There is a payphone fitted along in the hallway.  For Tiny Tots there is a Cot, Highchair and 2 safety gates.  For small children there is portable bed which can be moved to which ever room you want it in.

 Downstairs

Generous size lounge overlooking the garden with views stretching over the beach and the sea.  An original Parquet flooring with an open fire place.   28” wide screen TV, DVD player, video recorder and CD/stereo unit. Lounge area to seat 10 with 2 x 3 seater sofas and 4 additional easy chairs.  Dining table can be extended to seat 8.

Fully fitted kitchen with Rayburn (for heating purposes only) breakfast table to seat 4, Cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. 

Utility Room has sink, washing machine & dryer, iron & ironing Board, as well as plenty of space to store wetsuits, boards, coats and boots etc.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, mixer taps with shower head, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 1(off the hallway) has a 5ft pine double bed.  There is a Remote control 20” TV, clock radio, a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table all in antique pine.

Bedroom 2 (off the lounge) has 2 3ft divan beds zipped together to make a king size (these can be separated into 2 singles), along with fitted wardrobe and a bedside table and a chest of drawers all in antique pine.  (There are 2 single duvets supplied and a super king size duvet)

Bedroom 3.  Breathtaking views over the dunes and over the ocean.  Wrought Iron 4ft 6ins double bed with en-suite bath, toilet shaver point and washbasin.  There is a 20” remote control TV with white built in wardrobe, cupboard and drawers.  Also a wrought iron bedside unit with clock radio.

Bedroom 4.  Breathtaking views over the dunes and ocean.  2 x 3ft divan beds with a 3rd bed that pulls out underneath (this can be moved to any bedroom).  Wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets.

Availability & Tariff

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. 

Special dates can sometimes be arranged.  Short breaks may be possible.  Please telephone for availability and prices.

Occupation is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

Price includes:

• Duvets, Pillows and Blankets for all beds. 

• Clean sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are provided for all beds occupied.

• Tea towel, dish cloth and oven gloves.  Complimentary cleaning materials are provided.

• 1 cot, 1 highchair, 2 safety gates and a portable child's bed.

• Heating (heating is only turned on from September - May) there are electric heaters to use during the warmer months.

• Hair Dryers supplied in both double bedrooms.

• Electric Blankets in double beds.

• The coal fire in the lounge may be used but coal, lighting stick, etc is not provided. 

• Electric is governed by a £1 coin operated meter.

Please note :-

Ocean view is now a Non-Smoking House. 

• Extra Persons (when exceeding 8, including babies) -  £25 per week. (This must be agreed by phone)

• Dogs (only 1 allowed, these must be agreed by phone) - £30 per week.

• Towels can be hired at an additional cost of £5 per set.  (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per  set).

• Cot bedding is not provided.
