DEPOSITS MUST FOLLOW WITH COMPLETED SIGNED BOOKING FORM WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER TELEPHONING.
HOW TO BOOK: Please read carefully the weekly tariff, general information and conditions of booking.
DEPOSITS: These may be made by credit card, cash or cheque, made payable to Pennasville Holidays and sent with completed booking form.
(Only cheques, made payable to John & Sheila Penna, or cash taken on Romany Rye and Penntreth Houses.)
CHOOSE EITHER SCHEME 0, 1 or 2
Scheme 0: Pay in full at time of booking.
Scheme 1: Pay 1/3 of total rent as deposit, then the balance one month before arrival. Cheques must be dated one month prior to arrival.
Scheme 2: ONLY ON BOOKINGS OVER £350: Pay 1/8 of total rent as deposit, then the remainder in equal monthly payments (Not exceeding 8 payments in total) so that it is fully paid one month before arrival. If you pay by cheque you may send post-dated cheques made out for all your payments, OR we can debit your VISA, MASTERCARD each month. If sending payments each month yourself you must return the remittance advice with each payment.
If you book your holiday within one month of your holiday date then you must send the full amount with the completed booking form. VISA, MASTERCARD or CASH ONLY.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
STRICTLY FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY - NO YOUNG MALE, FEMALE OR MIXED GROUPS
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Occupation from 2:00pm on day of arrival to 10:00am on day of departure.
The number of persons occupying a Villa, House or Bungalow must not exceed the number of stated berths. This includes babies/toddlers and small children.
The person who signs the booking form is responsible for the booking and warrants that he or she is over 18 years of age and must be a member of the party.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING. CUSTOMERS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT IN CASE THE ACCOMMODATION CANNOT BE RE-LET. YOU ARE THEREFORE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT A CANCELLATION SCHEME TO COVER THE LIABILITY. DEPOSITS ARE ONLY REFUNDED IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-LET WITHOUT LOSS IN WHICH CASE £30 PER WEEK IS DEDUCTED TO COVER EXPENSES. NO REFUNDS MADE UNTIL MID-SEPTEMBER.
The appropriate deposit must be paid at time of booking. Should the accommodation required or a suitable second choice not be available then the deposit will be refunded in full.
Should you fail to notify us of a cancellation you will remain liable for the full balance of hire, less any hire monies being received on re-letting.
We shall not be held liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee a specific choice of Villa, House or number of villa or house.
The details in general information are deemed to be part of the conditions of booking.
VAT has been included at the current rate 17.5%. If the rate increases then the extra will become payable on your arrival.
BANK CHARGES on dishonoured cheques, visa & mastercard will incur a charge of £10.
BED LINEN is supplied in all Villas, Houses and Bungalow free of charge. Bed Linen will be placed in each Villa, Bungalow or House but beds will NOT be made up. We request that on departure you would pleased strip all beds and leave the linen at the bottom of the stairs ready for collection. Linen refers to sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
All Villas, Houses and Bungalow have one duvet, one blanket and two pillows on each bed.
No Dogs allowed in Villas/Houses between July 12th and Sept 6th 2003 inclusive. Other times £20 per dog per week. Sorry no other pets allowed on site. Dogs are not to be left unattended in any Villa, House or Bungalow at any time. Please make sure your dog is on a lead at ALL times whilst in the Villa Park and please clean up any mess. DO NOT allow your dog to be a nuisance to other people. There is a limit of 2 dogs per property.
Free storage heating is supplied early and late season only. It may be turned on at other times if we feel the need. Heating comes on at 12 Midnight until 6am.
Free lighting in all Villas and Houses. Free Cot, Highchair for the tiny tots (only one of each per Villa, a charge of £10 each will be made for any extra). There is one safety gate in each house (sorry there are no extra available) £1 coin meters govern any electricity in all Villas and Houses.
Any additions or alterations to booking form made over the phone after booking has been made e.g. extra cot, high chair or bringing a dog must be made in writing and confirmation of this will be needed when you arrive, especially if you bring a dog. If no confirmation is made in writing then we cannot accept your dog.
Laundry Room is locked overnight from 9:00pm - 9:00am.
All cars parking at Pennasville must display parking permits. If you are expecting day visitors you must inform reception and give full details. No visitors after 10pm unless arranged prior to arrival.
All ball games are to be played in the designated areas only. STRICTLY NO skateboards, scooters or bicycles etc to be ridden within the holiday park.
We do not have any non-smoking villas, but we do ask smokers to keep the houses well ventilated at all times, or better still to smoke outside.
NB: If any of the above booking conditions are broken you could be refused entry without refund or asked to leave.
DEPARTURE - We would ask you to leave our accommodation clean and tidy on your departure as this helps us to maintain our high standard that you like to see when you arrive.
The above rules are made for the smooth running of our park and to maintain the high standards of cleanliness.
We are sure you will understand and help wherever you can.
